World of Warcraft account update

Dear Blizzard,

Thank you for concluding your investigation into my account. Could a human contact me, instead of using your bog standard email responses. You reset my password yet again when it was myself that already reset it.

Would also be nice for you to actually unsuspend my account at the same time, or is to much effort to do that at the same time? I will send in as many tickets as I see fit. You do this for my own safety? Well let me see I’ve used computers since the age of 6, I’m now 36, so enough time has passed for me to know what constitutes as safe practice when using the internet.
